1. Introduction

Welcome to ICQ Network Rising VPN ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard any information when you download, install, and use our ICQ Network Rising VPN mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Important: ICQ Network Rising VPN does not collect, store, or retain any personal data, browsing history, connection logs, IP addresses, or any other user activity information. We do not track you.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We design our service with privacy as the highest priority. Therefore, the following types of information are never collected or stored by us:

  • Real IP address or any network identifiers
  • Connection timestamps or session durations
  • Browsing history or visited websites
  • Device identifiers (UDID, IMEI, Advertising ID, etc.)
  • Location data
  • Any personally identifiable information (PII)

All VPN traffic is processed in memory only and is never logged or saved on our servers.

3. Third-Party SDKs and Services

Our App integrates the following third-party software development kits (SDKs) to provide core functionality and support:

  • Google SDKs – including Google Play Services and related libraries for app functionality and performance optimization.
  • Firebase SDKs – used for crash reporting, app analytics (anonymized), and remote configuration. Firebase may collect limited technical information as described in their own privacy policies.
  • Facebook SDK – integrated for analytics and advertising purposes.

Please note that these third-party providers may collect certain anonymous technical data (such as device type, OS version, app version, and crash reports) independently. Their data collection practices are governed by their respective privacy policies:

4. Advertising in the App

The ICQ Network Rising VPN App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. These ads may use device advertising identifiers and other technical information to deliver relevant advertisements.

Users can opt out of personalized advertising through their device settings (Google Advertising ID settings or equivalent on other platforms).

We do not share any user activity data from the VPN service with advertisers.

5. Data Security

Although we do not store any personal data, we still implement industry-standard security measures to protect the App and the temporary data processed during VPN sessions. All VPN connections use strong encryption protocols (AES-256) to secure your internet traffic while using the service.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

9. Additional Information

ICQ Network Rising VPN operates with a strict no-logs policy. No logs of any kind are created, stored, or transmitted to any server under our control. The only data that leaves your device are the encrypted VPN packets necessary to provide the VPN service itself.

Our servers are configured to delete any temporary session data immediately after the session ends. We do not have the technical capability to associate any activity with any specific user.
